About Us
At Britt Harley LLC, our horses are our top priority (because we as riders are only as good as the horses we sit on) - we work with the industry's top equine vets, farriers, chiropractors, and massage therapists. We also take very seriously our responsibility to provide a safe environment for our riders and impress upon them the importance of not only understanding the sport, but mastering the tools it takes to succeed both in and out of the ring.

BIOGRAPHY
New Mexico native and proud daughter of professional skier, Paula Harley, Britt began her competitive riding career in Albuquerque, where she lessoned with world-renowned trainer Trudy Glefke. She competed in her first Grand Prix at the age of 14 and enjoyed a successful junior career in hunters and equitation. At 18, Britt moved to Rancho Santa Fe (CA) to study under top sport horse breeder, Tish Quirk. It was here that she developed her expertise in horse breeding and specialized in developing and training stallions. While riding for Tish, Britt won the International Hunter Futurity two years in a row.
Britt was then offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ride in Temecula (CA) for one of the top riders in the world, Susan Hutchinson. Under Susie's expert guidance, Britt competed at the highest levels of the sport, winning numerous grand prix events and bringing along many young horses to the grand prix level of competition. To this day, Britt considers Susie a mentor and friend.
Britt eventually started her own farm in Rancho Santa Fe (CA) where she trained and brought along more than 20 jumpers. During this time, she also coached a competitor on the 2012 US Young Riders team during its European Tour.
Also in 2012, Britt took her own horse, Zazou, to the International West Coast Young Jumper Championship Finals. Under Britt, Zazou became the first and only horse ever to win all three days of this event.
Britt next rode for Stal Wilton and trained with Albert Voorn in Holland. While competing in the 4* Jumping Amsterdam, she was second in the 1.50m Speed and third in the 3* Bonheiden Grand Prix, both on a 7 year old. During her two and a half years with Stal Wilton, they brought along and sold more than 50 horses to the US.
Following her time in Europe, Britt moved to Monterrey (MX) and worked for international breeder Don Guillermo Zombrano. As a rider for Zambrano, she competed all over the world - some of her accomplishments include:
In August of 2019, Britt seized upon an opportunity to open Britt Harley LLC, Nevada's top training and sale program. In addition to training her amateur and junior riders, the team at BHLLC is primarily focused on identifying and developing young horses and training top prospects for sale.
